About Caleb Anderson
I’m the owner of Anderson Home Services and the person you’ll work with from first message to final walkthrough.
I grew up in Ely, Minnesota, went to college in Fargo, ND, and later moved to the Washington area for graduate school. I earned a Master’s degree in International Affairs from American University after studying political science at North Dakota State University.
I started doing furniture assembly, moving help, and practical home projects through TaskRabbit in 2022. Over time, that work grew into Anderson Home Services: a more direct way to help repeat clients, larger projects, and jobs that do not always fit neatly into a marketplace platform.
I still work through TaskRabbit, but this site lets me handle project details, scheduling, and larger move-in setup work more directly. Most of my work now centers on furniture assembly, reassembly, hauling, and helping people get settled into a more usable home.
How I work
My approach is simple: communicate clearly, plan ahead, and solve problems without making them bigger than they need to be. Whether the project is a single dresser, a difficult reassembly, or a full apartment setup, I try to keep the process organized, predictable, and low-stress.
